Welcome to Great Pond's Marketplace! A place for residents to share goods and services, buy and sell, barter and swap, or give away gently used items you no longer need. Be sure to check back often for updates as this will be an evolving process as we find out what works best for our community. Please take time to review the rules and once that is done, feel free to start browsing!

Supporting local businesses and each other is crucial for the economy of Great Pond. Here at the Marketplace, you can find information on:

• Shops and Farmstands: Discover one-of-a-kind items at shops that showcase local artisans and craftspeople as well as fresh eggs or locally grown produce.

• Service Providers: From plumbers to landscapers, local service providers can help with various home and personal needs.

But wait, there's more! You can also:

• Buy and Sell: Have something you don't need that might be useful to someone else or are you looking for an item someone else might have, you can share it here.

• Trade or Barter: Trade goods or services.

• Donate Items: Cleaning up around the house and have items to give away that are still in good condition, you can find the perfect home for those here.

   

The "Rules", for the Marketplace

• Great Pond Resident's Only: Currently we will only be accepting listings from residents or landowners in Great Pond.

• The Cost: FREE

• Listing Rules:

  • Maximum of 250 words and you may include small images. If it is a product and you need more images, please contact us to discuss.

  • You must include your NAME, PHONE NO., EMAIL (optional), PRICE or FREE.

• Time Period for Listings:

  • Products/For Sale Items: Will run for 30 days. It is your responsibility to contact us if an item sells to remove the listing. If it hasn't sold in 30 days and you want to keep it posted - you must contact us before the 30-day period ends or your listing will be deleted. Listings will be dated.

  • Services: Will run for 60-days. You must contact us at least every 60 days to let us know to keep your listing posted or it will be removed. Listings will be dated.

• Listing Content and Posting:

  • We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor and review all submissions to the Marketplace at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to refuse to post, hide, or remove any contact we believe violates community guidelines without prior notice or explanation.
